She was built in 1958 by Harry Clarke and is 22 feet. In 2015 a new cabin was installed and her mast, boom and jibboom remove
Custodian: 2021 – Present
Christopher Lee is the current custodian of Elsy C. The boat was restored by the Wooden Boat Shop Sorrento in 2021 -2022.
